How UniCare works
UniCare turns each verified nonprofit into a tradable token on Robinhood Chain. Nobody — including us — can redirect where the money goes: the charity's own donation address is written into the token at deployment, permanently.
The concept
Each of the 18 charities listed on UniCare accepts crypto donations and publishes an official EVM donation address. UniCare lets anyone launch that charity's token — once, and only once. From then on, trading it generates creator fees that flow to the charity's wallet automatically. Trading activity becomes a donation stream.
Deployment
Clicking Deploy launches the token server-side through pools.trade (Uniswap Liquidity Launcher, Instant Launch): the organization's full name as token name, its abbreviation as ticker, 1B fixed supply, and a live Uniswap v4 pool from the first block. Token addresses are deterministic (CREATE2), so deploying the same charity twice is impossible — the chain itself rejects it.
Creator fees
Every swap in the pool pays a 0.25% fee, and 40% of that fee belongs to the token's creator. On UniCare the creator-fee beneficiary is not us — it is the charity's verified donation address, set at deployment and immutable. The "Est. fees to charities (24h)" stat on the homepage applies exactly that formula to each token's 24-hour trading volume:
fees = volume(24h) × 0.25% × 40%
Address verification
A charity is only listed if it publishes a static EVM donation address on an official, verifiable page. Every address is copied verbatim from its source and re-checked automatically against that page. Each charity's modal links to the exact source of its address — verify it yourself anytime. We never guess an address, and organizations using only dynamic per-donor widgets are not listed.
What we control — and don't
A platform wallet signs deployments and pays gas — that is all it does. It never holds charity funds: creator fees route directly from the pool to the charity's wallet on-chain. Market data (prices, market caps, volumes) is read live from Robinhood Chain and public market APIs; there is no database to tamper with.
Disclaimer
UniCare is an independent platform, not affiliated with or endorsed by the listed organizations. Charity tokens are speculative assets, not donations receipts — their value can go to zero. The guaranteed part is the routing: whatever creator fees a token earns belong to the charity's published wallet.
